At TS Centaur, the cadets are aranged into seperate divisions. This system allows the duty watch to be arranged easily and fairly. At TS Centaur we have four divisions. Two for the enroled cadets, one for the new entries, and one for the juniors. Each division has a senior cadet and a divisional officer to help the cadets during their time at TS Centaur.

Port division traditionaly stands on the port (left) side of the ship during colours and evening colours. This division has half of the enrolled cadets as its members. The senior cadet is Leading Cadet Paul Wright, with its divisional officer being PO (SCC) Kevin Gray.

Starboard division traditionaly stand on the starboard (right) side of the ship during colours and evening colours. This division makes up the second of the two divisions that contains enroled cadets. The divisional officer is PO (SCC)Sarah Raybould.

Forcastle division is the division all new entries are allocated to when they first join the the ship. This division stands at the forward part of the main deck when doing colours and evening colours. This allows them to be able to watch the remainder of the ships company, interact with other members of the division and get used to being part of a division ready for when they get inrolled as cadets.

The junior division contains the youngest members of the ships company. The age of these junior cadets are between 10 and 12. When they turn 12 they get automaticaly promoted to one of the more senior divisions. Their divisional officer is TI (SCC) Becky Lamb
